頭上報告について意味のある警告・中止命令(懲戒処分となりうる)ができないのは、施設管理権が確立していないこと。無許可集会を違反行為とする協約、就業規則がないこと。判例変更されたはずの二重の絞り理論がいまだにまかりとおっていることにあると考える。
非嫡出子相続分違憲決定はこだわりたい問題なので時間をかけたが一応仕上げたあと早くきりあげて、労働問題に戻ることとする。
